Hi, I'm Ashley,
a product designer in LA.

Open to select projects

Currently designing at Netflix. I have 13+ years of experience as a strategic UX and product designer, creating thoughtful, context-aware experiences. I take an inclusive, collaborative approach to design, transforming ambiguity into clarity and aligning teams around elegant, system-minded solutions. I care deeply about craft, polish, and storytelling, thanks to my background in Graphic Design.

Making sense of the mess
13 years & running.

I'm currently building TV & in-app experiences that help people discover & connect with content on Netflix. I lead products from 0→︎1, partnering with engineers, researchers, journalists, and even sleep scientists and doctors along the way. Whether I’m mapping flows, prototyping interactions, or co-creating vision with senior leadership, I care deeply about clarity, context, and the emotional resonance of a great experience.

I come from a graphic design background, which gives me a sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail. I’m drawn to messy, ambiguous problems and love bringing order and clarity through elegant, intuitive systems that scale. When I’m not designing, you can find me painting (very inspired by Joy Kinna at the moment), learning to surf the rough waves of Venice Beach, or keeping up with my stubborn French bulldog.
